Teleport exploite plus de 100 VOLhotspots à Vorarlberg, Autriche. Ces hotspots nécessitent un développement, une maintenance et des mises à jour continus. Loop21 a offert la solution idéale pour externaliser ces résultats. Ensemble, Teleport et Loop21 ont réalisé un progiciel personnalisé unique pour les hotspots à Vorarlberg.

Aperçu

Loop21 fait le rapprochement entre plusieurs aspects et modules du logiciel pour atteindre les buts du projet. Pour l’authentification, le module d’inscription est prolongé avec une interconnexion à l’entrée SMS de Teleport.

La traçabilité est effectuée de deux manières. D’une part, le module de l’interface de paiement est activé par MPAY24 – les utilisateurs peuvent s’inscrire, se connecter et acheter des crédits eux-mêmes. D’autre part, l’administration en arrière plan pour plusieurs emplacements de hotspot a été développée. Désormais, ces sites (par ex. hôtels, bars, etc.) peuvent créer des cartes prépayées pour les vendre à leurs clients. En arrière-plan, Teleport a accès à une interface pour regarder les ventes des comptes Internet vendus de chaque site. Chaque mois, ils peuvent effectuer une traçabilité pour régler leurs commissions automatiquement.

La conception des pages de connexion a été adaptée à l’identité de l’entreprise de VOLhotspot. Différentes pages pour les appareils de bureau et mobiles ont été mises en place. Le système fait la différence de lui-même.

En outre, le multilinguisme et le petit module basé sur la géolocalisation sont des résultats importants dans ce projet. Plusieurs traductions telles qu’en allemand, anglais, russe, français, etc., peuvent être sélectionnées par l'utilisateur ou automatiquement par l'appareil de l'utilisateur. Et chaque hotspot peut afficher sa propre « page de renvoi » au cours de la procédure de connexion.

Un autre point relatif à l’externalisation repose sur le fait que Loop21 veille aux sauvegardes du système dans leurs centres informatiques indépendants, aux exploitations, aux mises à jour du logiciel, à l’assistance de 2nd niveau et à la conservation des données. À l’avenir, l’interconnexion entre les bases de données client de Teleport et les bases de données de l’utilisateur Loop21 seront prises en compte. Ensuite, chaque client de Teleport pourra utiliser son ID client existant et par exemple sa date de naissance pour se connecter à un VOLhotspot.
