A lot of Internet hotspots offer prepaid services. One possibility to sell accounts is the Loop21 voucher module. This module makes it possible to sell voucher cards, e.g. scratch cards, to the customers that activate a specified Internet credit such as 1 hour, 1 GB, etc.
The Loop21 voucher module generates a list of vouchers which consists of unique character codes. Now these codes can be printed for instance on receipts or individual designed scratch cards, which then, can be sold.
The main part is the tariff management, which forms the basis of this module. Loop21 can specify different tariffs such as 1 hour credit, 1 GB credit, 1 week credit, etc. When the tariffs are defined, the hotspot provider can sell different voucher cards that include the desired Internet credit. Users log into the system and use their vouchers. After charging their credit, users will see how much credit is left and they will have an overview of the history of all charged credits.
The backend of this module is an administration tool where the provider can manage the tariffs by themselves. Also sales statistics are available for administrators.
In combination with the Loop21 features registration and retention of data, the vouchers complete the ideal mix of an Internet sales model.
