Teleport corre mais de 100 VOLhotspots em Vorarlberg, Áustria. Estes hotspots precisam de desenvolvimento de software, manutenção e actualizações contínuos. Loop21 ofereceu a solução perfeita para subcontratar estas matérias. Em conjunto, Teleport e Loop21 criaram um pacote de software individualizado único para os hotspots em Vorarlberg.

Resumo

Loop21 conjuga diversos aspectos de software e módulos para ir ao encontro das necessidades do projecto. Para a autenticação, o módulo de registo é alargado com uma interligação ao portal de SMS de Teleport.

A contabilidade é efectuada de duas formas. Por um lado, o módulo da interface de pagamento é activado com MPAY24 – os utilizadores podem registar-se, aceder e comprar crédito. Por outro lado, foi desenvolvido um backend de administração para as diferentes localizações do hotspot. Agora, estes locais (por exemplo, hotéis, bares, etc.) podem criar vales para vender aos seus clientes. Nos bastidores, Teleport tem acesso a uma interface para monitorizar as vendas das contas de Internet vendidas em cada local. Todos os meses, efectuam a contabilidade para liquidar as suas comissões automaticamente.

O design das páginas de login foi adaptado à identidade empresarial de VOLhotspot. Foram implementadas páginas diferentes para computadores portáteis e dispositivos móveis. O sistema diferencia-se por si só.
Também o multilinguismo e o módulo com base no local pequeno são questões importantes neste projecto. Várias traduções para alemão, inglês, russo, francês, etc. podem ser escolhidas pelo utilizador ou automaticamente pelo dispositivo do utilizador. E cada hotspot pode apresentar a sua própria “Página de apresentação” durante o procedimento de acesso.

Outro ponto da subcontratação é o facto de Loop21 estar encarregada das cópias de segurança do sistema nos seus centros de dados independentes, operações, actualizações de software, assistência de 2º nível e conservação de dados. Futuramente, considera-se também a interligação entre a base de dados de clientes de Teleport e a base de dados de utilizadores de Loop21. Assim, todos os clientes de Teleport podem utilizar a sua identidade de cliente e por exemplo a data de nascimento para acederem a um VOLhotspot.
