Operations

After the wi-fi hotspot has started its operation, our Loop21 team keeps supervising the network and runs the hotspot. This includes our providing the central user management, processing new user registrations as well as taking care of accounting. Furthermore, logging according to the local legal purposes (e.g. the EU directive on Telecommunications data retention) can be included.

Operation & liability

As fully-fledged operator, Loop21 offers its customers legal security. Within the framework of this Carefree-Package, you also find maintenance, which includes central management and supervising of all transmitting stations and of the software as well es personal support for service interruptions for the provider.

The identification of users is effected through our Loop21 hotspot software module registration. Thus it is possible - conforming to the law and to the EU directive on Telecommunications data retention - to safely track down legally doubtful or illegal activities to one particular user.

Our Loop21 team takes care of operation, maintenance, data retention, user administration, logging & accounting and further development. Thus, Loop21 guarantees a smooth and carefree operation.
