On-site evaluation

Having over 10 years experience in wi-fi planning and realisation of smaller and larger projects for our customers, the team of Loop21 will take over the on-site evaluations and planning tasks for your solution.

Each Loop21 Internet hotspot consists of suitable software and hardware. For both project parts different professional competences are necessary.

The Loop21 technicians plan the wi-fi network with long-time wireless experience. The team will do measuring and planning of the areas that have been defined as interesting before. Several locations for the radio stations will be chosen. The planning of the optimum wi-fi coverage will depend on the desired areas and also the subject of approvals. As a result of the planning, the team will choose the adequate wi-fi and network hardware. Also existing devices can be integrated or adapted for the Loop21 system.

In meetings together with the interested party (the future hotspot provider), we find out which software package suits best to the requirements. Several specifications have to be cleared and the different variatons of the hotspot software and the modules are discussed and then chosen. Maybe also additional infrastructure will be needed and clarified.

In any case, all collected information is combined with the wishes and requirements of the prospective customer. The goal of the planning phase is the creation of a technical concept which includes the goal definition as well as rough and structural planning. Furthermore, the planning phase includes scheduling the installation together with the customer.
