WLAN Fantainment™

Svoj jedinečný produkt WLAN Fantainment™, ktorý poskytuje služby a informácie naviazané na danú lokalitu, nainštalovala firma Loop21 počas juniorskej futbalovej súťaže Cordial Cup 2011 v Tirolsku na 10 štadiónoch v lokalitách Kirchberg, Reith, Going, Brixen, Westendorf, St. Johann, Kirchdorf, Kitzbühel, Söll a Hopfgarten.

Naším cieľom bolo ponúknuť návštevníkom súťaže informácie a služby naviazané na danú lokalitu prostredníctvom systému WiFi. Pomocou softvérového balíka produktu Loop21 Fantainment™ sa každý hosť mohol pripojiť cez systém WiFi na úvodnú stránku, ktorá mala rôznu podobu v závislosti od každého štadióna (lokality), čo znamená, že užívateľ na základe svojej polohy získal iné informácie v Kitzbüheli ako v Kirchbergu.

Keďže produkt WLAN Fantainment™ ja založený na princípe „správne informácie na správnom mieste“, aktivovala firma Loop21 v tomto produkte službu „Aktuálne skóre“. Táto služba poskytovala prehľad o práve prebiehajúcich turnajových zápasoch a fanúšikovia sa mohli kedykoľvek informovať o aktuálnych ako aj konečných výsledkoch priamo cez svoje smartphony. Táto úplná novinka bola dostupná na všetkých 10 štadiónoch súťaže Cordial Cup a okrem špecifickej „futbalovej“ informačnej stránky sa hostia mohli jednoducho a bezplatne pripojiť na Facebook a internet.

Firma Loop21 ako prevádzkovateľ zabezpečila na turnaji Cordial Cup nielen technickú podporu pri inštalácii a samotnom podujatí ale aj úplnú ochranu používania internetového pripojenia v zmysle právnych predpisov. Vďaka firme Loop21, modernému hardvéru, kompatibilným konfiguráciám a technickému know-how sa podarilo projekt uskutočniť pred začiatkom súťaže v júni 2011.

Priebeh projektu

Počas víkendu od 10. do 13.júna 2011 boli na 10 štadiónoch v turistickom regióne Kitzbühelských Álp umiestnené „futbalové“ systémy hotspot.

Pre viac ako 2 500 zúčastnených futbalistov, ich kluby a príbuzných ako aj stovky návštevníkov bola orientácia v dave medzi jednotlivými lokalitami tento rok oveľa jednoduchšia. Na každom štadióne mohli hostia získať príslušné informácie o súťaži, mieste, kde sa nachádzali a aktuálnych výsledkoch priamo cez svoje smartphony, a to práve vďaka nášmu produktu WLAN Fantainment™!

Smartphone - sprievodca súťažou

Systém Fantainment™ je optimalizovaný tak, aby fungoval na každom bežnom smartphone (bez pridania aplikácie App) bez ohľadu na to, či návštevník používa iPhone, Android alebo Blackberry. Prostredníctvom produktu Loop21 na báze WiFi sa každý smartphone stal osobným sprievodcom všetkých účastníkov súťaže.

Location-Based System (úvodná stránka, stránka naviazaná na konkrétnu lokalitu)

Systém Fantainment™ zabezpečoval vecné informácie naviazané na konkrétnu lokalitu a bol dostupný na každom štadióne počas konania súťaže: ak boli hostia na danom štadióne napr. v Kitzbüheli, mohli o tomto mieste získať priamo na svoj smartphone aktuálne informácie o:

novinkách súťaže Cordial Cup
bezplatný prístup na internet
skóre (zápasu, ktorý práve prebiehal na tomto štadióne ako aj výsledky všetkých ostatných zápasov turnaja) *
„Vaša poloha“: informácie naviazané na danú lokalitu *
voľný prístup na Facebook

* Druh informácií sa líšil v závislosti od každého štadióna (LOKALITY!!)

Cordial Cup 2011 - zhrnutie

Podujatie prekročilo všetky očakávania. Počas júnového víkendu zamierilo na 10 futbalových štadiónov viac ako 5 000 ľudí a ubytovacie kapacity regiónu boli vyťažené na sezónne maximum.

Podľa našej štatistiky vyskúšalo systém spoločnosti Loop21na turnaji Cordial Cup asi 3 000 návštevníkov, o čom svedčia aj nasledujúce dôležité čísla:

približne 2 700 hostí získavalo aktuálne informácie o najnovších výsledkoch na každom štadióne
1 200 ľudí využilo bezplatný prístup na Facebook a internet
úvodnú stránku navštívilo neuveriteľných 7 000 užívateľov

Produkt WLAN Fantainment™ umožnil teda tisíckam návštevníkov získavať všetky zaujímavé informácie o súťaži Cordial Cup prostredníctvom svojich smartphonov a firma Loop21 zaznamenala obrovský úspech
