Riešenie pre tematické parky

Loop21 ponúka zábavným parkom, ako sú tematické parky alebo zoologické záhrady, ideálne riešenie ponuky zábavy na báze WiFi. Návštevníci takýchto parkov sú už vybavení iPhonmi, iPodmi a inými smartphonmi – prečo im teda neponúknuť informácie naviazané na konkrétnu lokalitu a internet cez WiFi sieť?

V závislosti od lokality poskytuje produkt Loop21 Parktainment™ návštevníkom informácie typu: „Kde si môžem pozrieť ďalšiu šou alebo kŕmenie zvierat?“ „Aké atrakcie sa nachádzajú v blízkosti miesta, kde práve stojím?“ „Koľko ľudí čaká v rade pri mojej obľúbenej horskej dráhe?“ „Aká by bola najlepšia trasa cez park pre moju sedemročnú dcéru?“ Prostredníctvom takýchto nových interakcií s návštevníkmi Vám Loop21 otvára moderný spôsob získavania verných zákazníkov a poskytovania zákazníckeho poradenstva.

So svojimi 4 miliónmi návštevníkov ročne predstavuje nemecký Európa Park najväčší tematický park v Európe. V ére tzv. nových médií stavil Európa Park na produkt Loop21 Parktainment™, ktorý sa zameriava na zábavné parky.

Priebeh projektu

Na začiatku bol na piatich rôznych miestach nainštalovaný hotspot Loop21s modulom LBS (location-based services: služby založené na polohe) nazývaný Parktainment™, a to vo vstupnej časti, pri horskej dráhe Silver Star a Blue Fire, rozprávkovom lese (Märchenwald) a (novej) reštaurácii FoodLoop.

Cieľom projektu bolo ponúknuť návštevníkom Európa Parku informácie naviazané ma konkrétnu lokalitu cez WiFi systém. Prostredníctvom softvérového balíka Loop21 Parktainment™ a po pripojení na internet cez WiFi sa návštevníkom zobrazí úvodná stránka, ktorá má rôznu podobu v závislosti od príslušnej lokality. Ak sa návštevníci nachádzajú pri horskej dráhe Silver Star, môžu počas čakania v rade napísať svoj názor na Facebookovú stránku Silver Star alebo si pozrieť jazdu na tejto horskej dráhe na YouTube.

Spoločnosť Loop21 poskytuje v Európa Parku aj vlastný systém internetového pripojenia. Každý užívateľ sa musí jednorazovo zaregistrovať a identifikovať prostredníctvom čísla svojho mobilného telefónu. Tento postup je nevyhnutný na splnenie predpisov európskej smernice 2006/24/ES o uchovávaní údajov. Spoločnosť Loop21 ako prevádzkovateľ tak v Európa Parku zabezpečuje kompletnú ochranu v súlade s právnymi predpismi.

Náklady na doručovanie textových správ v Európa Parku pokrývajú stierateľné dobíjacie kupóny spoločnosti Loop21, ktoré je možné zakúpiť v obchodoch v parku a ktoré umožňujú návštevníkom pripojiť sa na internet.
V sieti nášho klienta bol systém hotspot spoločnosti Loop21 nainštalovaný po dohode a konzultáciách ohľadom prepojení s prevádzkovými odborníkmi z firmy Loop21.

Vďaka softvéru Loop21, modernému hardvéru, kompatibilným konfiguráciám a technickému know-how sa podarilo zrealizovať tento projekt pred začiatkom sezóny v roku 2011 a spustenie produktu Loop21 Parktainment™ zaznamenalo obrovský úspech.
