Mobility Communication
Central control of mobile servicesMobility Communication System
The many millions of people who travel daily by metro, tram, bus or cable car require that they are protected and safe on the road. In the case of an exceptional occurrence, they expect to speak with a responsible person and receive help. The Mobility Communication System makes it easy to fully meet this need.

Announcements
With the audio system, you can bring different types of informative news and updates to people.
For example, you can use your audio system to make live announcements.
Make scheduled announcements or play live or triggered announcements during an emergency.
It is possible to engage in both single vehicles and all vehicles simultaneously.

Intercom System with emergency button

Intercom modules for installation in vehicles provide passengers with the necessary help at the touch of a button.
It is possible to make an emergency call from the vehicle. It is possible to issue emergency calls from several vehicles, which are processed sequentially at the operating stations of the operator.
Of course, the system offers a fully automatic self-test.
Video surveillance
video surveillance
The cabin cameras can be accessed remotely from the control room of each station. This allows the operator to assess the situation inside the cabin or the vehicle and can take further action.
The images can be viewed back up to 48 hours. After 48 hours, the oldest images are automatically removed.
Of course, the cameras are also used in the station, in circulation or stops.

Light control

The system makes it possible to switch the light on and off in one, more or all cabins. Timed switching is also possible.
Use the RGB light control to show your passengers how long it takes to drive. For example: red indicates the departure, changes to yellow at the middle station and before the journey is over, the color changes to green, to show that you can prepare for the exit.
Location
Vehicle localization along the route works via RFID.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) uses radio waves to wirelessly transmit the identity of an object. As a result, cabins can be located and identified at any time.
So kann der Operator erkennen, wo sich z.B. das Fahrzeug mit dem Notruf befindet, positionsabhängige Durchsagen tätigen, Lichteffekte oder Werbemitteilungen transportieren.

Digital Signage

Customer communication and customer loyalty with content, news and offers through the digital signage system
Take advantage of the possibilities to communicate your information interactively, in a personalized and playful way via touch screen or mobile applications.
Infotainment and advertising messages at the right time – even for the desired audience – dynamic and concise.
Energy supply
Energy supply

The system has a control unit for the autonomous power supply of the units, among other things, using a solar panel.
Depending on the project requirements, there are various possibilities to load the MCEUs of the vehicles during garaging (for example by means of sliding contacts) or in the course of the station entrance or to equip the vehicles with autonomous power supply.
For example, a combination of solar cells, charging electronics and temporary storage, tailored to the needs of the MCCU, ensures autonomous power supply for the vehicles.
Sensors control
Sensors control
The sensor module offers the use of a temperature and air pressure sensor. It is also used for voltage monitoring and energy consumption monitoring.
Special functions (on / off) can be performed by the receiver unit. This can serve to switch the (distance) lighting on or off. It is possible, for example, that when the doors are opened, the lighting is automatically switched on.
