Through public Wi-Fi hotspots for the guests, the VIP area and the FIS team an individual Landing Page was available. Beside a free Internet access the guests received the lates information about the world cup and several customized offers. The whole system was designed, installed and provided for the event period between March 5th and 6th, 2016.

“Thanks to the team of LOOP21 we could provide a high-performance Wi-Fi and additionally an interactive, multilingual platform for the guest communication at the world cup in Jasná”, Ludek Kühr from Alpdest CEE commented. “Project planning, implementation, software adaptions, assembly, installation and support by the team on-site as well as in the office and their outstanding flexibility – the whole project was realized professionally. We are highly pleased. More than 2,800 users have used the platform.”

To ensure an ideal Wi-Fi coverage LOOP21 decided to install the high-class products of the German manufacturer LANCOM. The in-house developed software products of LOOP21 enabled a modern Hotspot Service Management combined with Location-Based-Service. Moreover the module “Device Flow Analysis” was activated to gain valuable statistics about the user, their movements and usage behavior. During the set-up of the software the implementation service team supported the customer. LOOP21 project manager Sarah Pfleger knows: “Our customers trust us, because we deliver a one-stop solution.”
